Refund policy

Please read carefully, this is a no exception policy.

You must contact us at hello@femme.ie as soon as you decide to return an online purchase. 

14 days for online purchases from date you receive your item(s), if approved for refund. Unfortunately, if you return an order to us and it arrives after the 14 days without contact, we will return it to you at your expense. 

21 days in store, if approved exchange or credit note.

Credit notes are valid for 3 months from the issued date. 

If your online refund is approved, you will receive a refund for the purchased item(s).

Shipping charges will not be refunded. 

Zero return policy on discounted or sale items in store or online. All sales are final. 

IMPORTANT: We have a strict 14/21 day return policy. Whether your purchase was made in store or online, the onus is on you to have it back to us within the 14/21 day timeframe from date received/purchased. This means you have 14/21 days after receiving your item to request a return. Anything received after the 14/21 window will be refused & returned to you. 

All returns must be sent with a tracking number. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues


Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, a thorough investigation will be carried out. If approved, In this order, you will receive a repair, replacement or refund. 

Washing or care errors will not be accepted. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, Earrings or custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 


Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.


Gift Cards cannot be transferred to another gift card. You cannot purchase a Gift Card with a gift card.
